been a busy week...went to lan the last wkend with sadthew, sadmine, hy and dawn as usual...ended at 4+ i think...thn sadmine drove all of us home...after dropping sadthew and hy off, we stopped by at cck cc's mc to take away breakfast...i tried the mcgriddles...and regretted it i did...sad piece of creation...hotcakes + sausage...burger style...sux ttm imo...

and i ordered my ipod touch pouch on wednesday since i could not find it anywhere in the whole of amk hub with sadthew on monday after work...we went for gosu s-11 western food...amk hub so big...but i cant find a decent shop which sells nice pouches and screen protectors... empty-handed i was...so i bought home some dontus and muffins frm amk hub basement level...muffins were nice...not bad for the price...but the donuts were ouch...6 for $7.50...wth...inflation sux...poor i am...

found 1 which sells screen protectors near my place...ah beng stall...$10...i paid him extra $5 to paste it for me...happy he is...but heck it...saves me effort and frustration...

thursday's the day i started getting really busy...with my 1st ippt to org and alot of other stuff to do...i was practically working for more thn half the day...pros and cons...i'm not so lethargic with work to do...i cant watch death note though...friday ard the same thing...touching up on the stuff i did on thursday...abd i went back to engineers to meet up with js they all for lunch...went back to stw office after lunch to chill for awhile...the feeling of "home" came back...when i sat down on the sofa,looked the surroundings and went into the spec rm and overlooked down onto the square...i emo-ed for a split second...anw...saw my enciks too...still recognized me they do...after a brief chat...head back to office to finish up the stuff...and yes...weekend is here...

sadthew had to meet sadmine they all...so mj session with him and yy got postponed to night time...we started at ard 9+ with my bro and ended the 1st rd at 11+...3 of us went down to mcd to take away...sux service i tell u...after we got our orders...i thn saw the receipt...$1.80 cheese burger when we wanted the $2 dble cheeseburger...20 cents for 1 more piece of meat...4 burgers...we got scammed...and i redeemed my nuggets...sry pple...u all too busy studying to meet out so i had to redeem them before the expiry date... xD

and the nuggets were screwed up...the quality rly dropped alot...its like nua nuggets...service down...quality down...price up...hashbrowns were going for $1.30 last time..$1 at nyp....now its $1.65...wth man...the nua nuggets...rly sux taste...mcd u are getting chui-er and chui-er...and u are abusing us, the hungry pple at night...


played all the way till morning and they left for home...i cabal-ed whole afternoon, went for dinner at jack's place at bpp with my parents...bro went lan...jack's place aso getting chui-er and chui-er...but not tt bad...when i 1st ate there...it was a luxury...now the way i see it...it's like a normal eatery...went harvey normal to scout for the laptop cooler balls thing and my ipod speakers...cant find any...nvm...shall wait for my pay next month...and ipod speakers here i come...

got my pouch delivered after i reached home...nice pouch...well worth my money spent i say...

friday night went to yck to wait for sadthew and his dad to fetch us to newton to meet up with some ah sads...sadmine...saddawn...sadhy...his fren and alvin...after their late dinner, went to parklane area's lan shop in sadmine's car for late night dota...played till 3am+ to 4am...sadmine sent me and sadthew to my place cos we were gonna play mj the next day...

wkend was spent a similar way with reference to the past few wkends...mj at my place with yy and sadthew...except old man did not come...my bro subb-ed him...i finally received the cabal $ tt day...sadthew's share included...and with tt money...we tank-ed(treated) the dinner for tt day...more sadthew...less me...pizza hut...2 regular pizzas...1 hawaiian...1 meat galore...6 pc honey roasted wings...6 pc sweet and spicy drumlets...1 garlic bread..1 serving of the beefballs in tomato sauce...the tomato sauce 1 wasnt tt nice...will stick to the creamy white sauce next time...this time rd, we din stay overnight at anyone's place...so the session ended at 10+ and they went home alrdy...

with with my family to west mall for lunch on sunday...to the food court...the place has changed indeed...last time i went there was like after Os when i'm in MI for my 1st 3 months...missed the jap food there...price was jacked up by $1.50 and above?inflation sucks...and i bought a pair of earphones...the cheap sony kept getting spoilt although it was comfortable to wear...

and i witnessed how sly ah tiongs are...when i picked up the earphones...i was browsing thru myself and picked it up myself...while holding onto the item, i asked the nearby counter about pda phones...and the counter staff was an ah tiong bu...and when i was abt to walk away frm the counter, she called me back, took the earphones frm me and scribbled some numbers on the price tag and directed me to the cashier...thing is...i wasnt done browsing yet...and after i finished browsing and went to paid for my item, thn i saw the receipt...u were served by "inserts an ah tiong bu name"...wtf...the cashier was an ah neh...so obviously the ah tiong bu jus leeched some pts off me when she did nth in helping me with the purchase of the earphones...sly indeed...

today received the letter abt my gst offset...omg...was super disappointed can...$350...sad i am...i was anticipating a drumstick with excitement even though i knw the government will take back a whole chicken frm me as the days go by...but...wat i saw today on the piece of paper was sadness...they din even give me a drumlet's worth of $...sad i am...how to battle the rising costs of inflation?

and i finally changed my blog skin...almost 2 hrs of finding the pictures and copying, editing and pasting them to the correct position...paint sucks...but i'm too lazy to learn new software...yes...it's a brand new start again...time to start forgetting...or tt's the plan for now at least...sad but life goes on...the new blog skin's pictures were taken from a PS2 RPG game called shadow hearts...it has a v nice storyline...v touching...and v v sad...so pple out there with a PS2...pls find this game and play it...if u cant find a copy...pls do not hesitate to find cpt barbosa aka sadthew...hes the pirate king... =)

2nd day in my new unit/office...still trying to get used to the life here...weird as it may seem...when u get to a new unit, u will learn to cherish ur previous unit...been this way for me since bmt...and now...engineers is my fav unit...and i can still recall vividly how i hated to be there on my 1st day...time rly can change a person's view...for the better or for the worse...

looks like there's alot of things for me to learn...feeling super stressed when i think i'm gonna solo the stuff ltr on when my upperstudy ords...at this new place...it's 80% working environment...20% army...this is 1 classic case of...staying put at the original position with no extra incentives vs new place, new environment with better incentives...if i were given a choice now...i would choose the former...where i'm familiar with most of the stuff and forgo the chance to get a promotion and a pay raise...

went back to help engineers pack up the rugby stuff after my dismissal...btw...engineers won...champions once again...congrats...dunno why...jus felt like i got to go back to help out...now i really miss stw...the enciks...the sergeants...my course mates...especially js my engineer buddy...i miss "my" sofa which accompanied me for a gd 3 months in stw...i miss the spec rm...i miss all stores 1 to 7...i miss sending bedsheets...i miss buying ginger tea, kopi-o, kopi-c, teh-o-siu-dai and coke...overall...i miss my life as an ooc in stw...

but life sux...and life has to go on...and i still feel emo even though i knw it's useless thinking abt it...my new life's at the medical side now...and i got to learn the new stuff fast before i get gg-ed...

and after almost 1 yr...i've decided to stop 1 of my fav activities due to unforeseen circumstances...it will totally stop after i purchase tt last specific product...as much as i would hate to discont it...there seems to be no pt carrying on...unless the gd old times can come back...but i highly doubt so...it's been a happy and a sad journey...and it has now come to an end...i feel rly disappointed...sux to be lowly commoners...saddening indeed...

and today is steph's birthday!happy birthday to steph...eat more and grow fatter k...so there will be someone to share the guilt with me! xD hope u had a fun and memorable birthday celebration today...

it's the 7th of apr...happy founder's day to all josephians...shall update more when i get home tonight...

edit: shall start frm last wk...quite a sux wk thks to a certain someone...terrible...almost everyday go home late...and there was a gathering on saturday...for jeanne's bday...so mila org-ed it at chinatown...the gals reached early...quite early in fact...the guys...same 4 of us were late...we met 86 and xm at og 1st, thn went to yum cha to meet up with the rest...chatted over dim sum...especially abt some recent thing tt was quite LOL...sux to be placed on the 2nd table...for some reason, i've been unsing this phrase alot lately...quite nice to use anw...

after yum cha...we went to my place for mahjong...open 2 tables...and as usual...bullied we were...those with pants went outside, with no air con, no com, using old tiles...those with skirts won...they got their choice of play style... :( after mahjong ended, they brought out the cake for jeanne and the usual is being carried out...

cake done, celebration finished...time for dismissal...4 of us, as usual went to sadthew's place again...this is like the 3rd wk our saturdays are similar...my place for mj, sadthew's place at night...and after yy got into army, finally got another person to speak the army lingo with me...FUCK YOU UNDERSTAND? :) and yy gave sadthew a new name...barbosa...those wols 1s, think harder why...nvm...i give u a clue...a moment of silence for www.torrentspy.com...

chilled awhile at his place, thn he drove us to chong pang for nasi lemak...after eating, went to old man's area where he drove his vehicle and brought us to some ulu place for car parking training at 3am in the morning...sad we are...

after he finished his training, the remaining 3 of us went back to sadthew's place and slept until next morning...had lunch and dispersed...i cabal-ed with sadthew and achieved a higher level thn him for once...well...he's now higher level thn me again and my ren pin today sux...i wasted all my in game gold on a gamble...

and on to today...while helping out at the rugby field this morning...received a call abt my posting...i'm finally getting posted out...not v enthu i was...cos i kind feel attached to eti alrdy...cant believe i'm saying this...but...i rly miss eti stw...especially the superiors who took care of me...sian...same camp...diff unit...think is gg combat pay...i had to scrimp and save in the past...now i have scrape ard for leftovers...sux to be me...gl to engineers on wed's finals for the rugby match...may them be champions once again...stw warrant officers and instructors will be missed...not in the ~dead~ sense...

my dad came to fetch me after i booked out and drove the family to chomp chomp for dinnner...had ard the same stuff as i had with the 3 ah sads and the 3 MA on the day before yy's enlistment...satay, stingray, carrot cake, chicken wings, hokkien mee...plus a crayfish dish...not bad...

pray for me tt my life in my unit will be for the better and not the worse...

and last but not least, happy 156th anniversary to sji...sure miss the days spent there...
